SCARBOROUGH SOCCER REFEREES ASSOCIATION

Congratulations to David Barrie who has received good news from the Canadian Soccer Association on his
quest to become a National Referee.

David has completed the hardest part of this process by completing the required assessments and have received his National Badge.
This is the first stage in becoming a National Referee. David now has two more processes to be completed, one is to attend a special meeting some time before the end this year and pass the fitness in March 2010, once these are successfully completed, David will become a National Referee
