2009 SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

Congratulations to Fabrizio Stasolla, the first recipient of the SSA Scholarship Award for young referees in the
District of Scarborough

Scarborough Soccer Association in an effort to encourage more youth participation in Branch activities, established a Scholarship Award for youth referees in the District of Scarborough, who exhibited the following qualities:

Must be a youth referee (21) in good standing with the Referees and District Associations

Must attend Education Sessions and any other education activity planned by the OSA and OSRA

Must demonstrate a good attitude for the game of Soccer as a referee and in personal life

Must demonstrate good on field performance and a desire to attain a higher level in refereeing

Must be attending post secondary education

Award was presented by Leslie Wong, President of SSRA and Richard Husbands, Treasurer of SSA
