Starts and Restarts by Don Pearce - Instructor

We in Scarborough over the past 10 years have seen quite a few Starts and Restarts  programs at our Winter Education Sessions. It would seem that Instructors in Scarborough who has power point ability are constantly improving their education material and the way it is presented and maintaining the letter of the law at all times.

Last year we saw  Lindo Parkes presentation on Starts and Restarts. The letter of the law maintained, the method of presentation was different from what we have seen over the years and was received in a positive way. It was some thing different

This year Don Pearce presented Starts and Restart and his presentation was also different from the one that was presented last year. The concept was the same, it was presented in a different style and involving  every one present in questions and answers. It was a fresh look and it was definitely received in a very positive way
