Congratulations to the following Scarborough Referees who were successful in two of three elements of their Regional upgrading program ( Fitness Test and Written Exam held at the O S A Centre on May 14th and 15th 2011) They must now complete 25 assessable games, 5 as Ars and 20 middles and must have at least 3 favourable assessment  in 2011. Not an easy task by any means. We wish them good fortune in their endeavours
