Congratulations to Gobinath Kanesamoorthy and Fabrizio Stasolla who were successful in obtaining their Regional Referee's Status. Both of them have work very hard in 2011 to achieve this. It required them to travel outside the District of Scarborough to get the required qualifying games required by O S A

Fabrizio took the referee's clinic in 2003 and started his refereeing career with the Scarborough Blizzards Soccer Club and joined the Scarborough Referees Association shortly after. He was given the opportunity to develop into one of our good young referees in Scarborough. He worked with many senior referees over the past four years where he gained valuable knowledge of the game. In 2009 he indicated his desire to enter into the Regional Program. In 2011 he met the requirements needed and was accepted into Regional Program and there you have it, in 2012 he is now a regional referee
