Referees' Accompolishment - Isaac Raymond

Mercey Watfa was reclassified by Ontario Soccer Association as a level one referee, when he came to Toronto in March of 2004. Mercey is originally from California, USA. Mercey attained the status of National Referee in the year of 1999 and have maintained this level since then. Mercey refereed in many high level soccer games, such as, friendly National and International; A League and MLS pre-season games in the US.

The Canadian Professional Soccer League has selected Mercey Watfa
as their 2006 Referee of The Year. Mercey also endured
a very heavy work load in the CPSL this year. Hard
work does have its rewards. Congratulations !!

Congratulations to Mercey Watfa who was appointed by the Canadian
 Professional Soccer League to referee the League Finals on
October 15th at Esther Shiner Stadium, between Serbian
White Eagles and Italia Shooters at 5 PM
