Please join me in congratulating Roshan Mendonca who has been awarded the 2023 Ontario Soccer Centre Circle Award. This is a well-deserved award for Roshan who started his refereeing career at the age of 12 years old in the Scarborough House League, and has survived the trials and tribulations of a match official during his 12 years of refereeing
The District of Scarborough and the Scarborough Soccer Referees Association are extremely proud of his accomplishment, and wish him continued success in his future endeavours.
